IT'S RACE WEEK!!!
The car is still in the trailer from getting rained out before we got to Ocala Speedway a couple weeks ago, so we are already all loaded up and ready to roll on up to North Florida Speedway this weekend for their Mothers Day Makeup race!
We've made a few changes to the ole hot rod to hopefully find a little more side bite and drive in this thing to keep rolling with the strong runs we've had so far this season and keep building forward! Hoping the hard work pays off and we are able to have a smooth and clean night of racing because we have a quick turnaround to head back up to North Florida Speedway NEXT WEEK for their next event on 6/20 as well!
Looking forward to getting back behind the wheel again the next couple of weeks and having some fun!
See ya'll at the track!

Well shoot... Just as I was loading the 77 in the trailer, we got word from Bubba Raceway Park that unfortunately due to weather, this weekends race has been postponed.
Definitely not what we were hoping for but living only about 15 minutes from the track and knowing how much rain we’ve gotten the past few days, I knew this was a possibility.
Next up we head back to North Florida Speedway on 6/13!

The 77 is all scaled and ready to roll for Ocala Speedway next Saturday Night!
Spent some time adding some detailed notes to the notebook and playing with adjustments to learn some more about the car for some quick changes at the track.
Looking at the forecast for the week, I’m not super optimistic about our chances of racing but it’s Florida so we will see what happens🤞🏼
Looking forward to seeing what the changes we’ve made do and if we are able to find a little more speed.

Went down to Citrus County Speedway Saturday to help out the Right Foot Down Motorsports gang, and it was a tremendous night! Spent the majority of the day helping Daniel get his hot rod dialed in and then put on the headset to play spotter for Cody Struble.
Starting p12 it was going to be about patience and keeping the nose clean. By lap 35 Cody was challenging for the lead and once he got there and was able to get around Daniel, he never looked back and took home his first career UARA United Auto Racing Alliance Sportsman series win!
Super proud of this kid and what he’s been able to do in such a short time behind the wheel of a Sportsman car. He kicks our ass weekly on iRacing so I knew it would only be a matter of time 🤣 He’s a damn shoe.
Tremendous night overall for the whole RFD gang with Cody P1, Daniel P2 and Tim P4.
Never thought in my life I’d be saying this again but off to Orlando Speedworld next week! Stoked to see some racing at that place again.

Ready to drop this thing on the scales and go try again May 30th at Ocala Speedway! Excited to get back at it and keep building on what’s been a solid start to our season so far.
Huge thank you to everyone who busted their butts helping get this thing back together while dealing with the current limitations the doctor has me under. This fight isn’t over, and there’s no way I could keep doing it without the tremendous friends and support system behind me.
If you’d like to help support the journey too, grab some merch here -> https://phil-jacques-racing.printify.me/
Every order and every bit of support helps keep this dream alive!

🚨 Our NEW Merch Store is officially LIVE! 🚨
I’ve had a lot of friends and family asking when I was going to do some new Dirt Car shirts and hats, so I finally made it happen — and added a few extra things too! 👊
Right now the store includes:
🏁 Shirts
🏁 Hoodies
🏁 Hats
🏁 Stickers
🏁 Coozies
🏁 Calendars
I’ve also been kicking around the idea of starting race day and shop VLOGs. I’ve never been the most comfortable in front of a camera, but I think it would be a cool way to grow the fanbase and give everyone a real look into the life of a small-budget hobby racer chasing the dream.
Would you guys be interested in seeing that kind of content? Let me know in the comments below! ⬇️
In the meantime, go check out the new Merch Store and grab yourself a shirt, hat, sticker, or coozie! Every purchase helps keep this operation rolling and supports my racing journey more than you know.
Thank you all for the continued support — it truly means a lot!

I hate this one for everyone at North Florida Speedway. Never want to see a race night get rained out however selfishly since I wasn’t going to make it, part of me is a little happy cause that means I don’t miss a race. Mother Nature must be a fan of that red 77! 😎
Still plenty of chances to get out and support local racing here this weekend at Auburndale, New Smyrna and Volusia Speedway Park if you’re able so get on out and fill those grandstands!
Tonight's racing is canceled due to weather. We will push our mother's day show to June 13! We want to wish all Moms a great Mother's day! Have a blessed weekend and spend time with MOM! Can't wait to see you all June 13. June 20th will be our Fathers day show!

Racecars are so fun 🙃🤣 Finally had the transmission torn into and it’s NOT good. Thankfully I was given the option to purchase a freshly gone through transmission however my budget for the year continues to dwindle after the last event.
The plan was to be back at North Florida on 5/9 but with this latest hit to my budget, and not having the carburetor back yet I think the smart thing to do is going to be to focus forward to 5/31 at Ocala since I am 2nd in points there currently.
Hate to skip a race at North Florida because I love racing up there but I’ve got to get a little money back in the racing account first. Still hoping to run 15+ shows total this year so just want to be smart about it.
If anyone wants to help me keep going this season, my Cashapp and Venmo are
Every little bit helps!
See y’all at Ocala! 😎

Had a damn fun time down at the Freedom Factory with the Right Foot Down Motorsports gang playing spotter and doing as much as I could with my doctors limitations to be pit bitch again helping Daniel Webster in the #19 Pure Stock, Tim Sozio in The #16 Sportsman and spotting for Cody Struble in the #19 Sportsman on Saturday.
All 3 cars had pretty decent speed all weekend and Daniel had a fast car all weekend with the Pure Stock but had fuel delivery issues bite him in the feature forcing him to drop out around half way. He definitely however, had the sportsman cars dialed in for the feature. Unfortunately Tim ran into a little trouble mid race and got torn up a bit but definitely had a hot rod that could’ve made a charge towards the front and still rebounded to P7 by the end of the race. Cody started the race off struggling for turn but found a line the car liked and progressively moved forward throughout the night. The car never really fell off while others did and by the end found himself challenging eventual winner Brandon Morris for the win and ended up finishing P2.
It was awesome to be back with these guys after missing almost all of the races the last 4-5 months due to conflicts with my dirt racing schedule. It’s never a bad time doing racecar things with friends. Really lucky to be even just a small part of this group.
Big shoutout to Ricky Brooks and the UARA United Auto Racing Alliance team for a tremendous event from start to finish and also to Alexa Cuzzone for some great shots!
Off to All-Tech Raceway this weekend with Patrick and Tanner Thomas for the Borderline Brawl. Should be another fun Saturday night ahead!
