What people see: the speed. 🛼💨

What they don’t see is everything behind it — the drills, the repetition, the strength, the falls, the corrections, the discipline, the patience, the hard practices, and all the little things that add up over time.

Speed isn’t just something you have. It’s something you build.

Keep showing up. Keep learning. Keep working. Keep getting back up.

Because fast doesn’t happen overnight. ❤️🛼

Lace Up. Lean In. Let’s Go! 🛼💨

Ready to take your skating to the next level? Come check out our Intro to Speed class! It’s the perfect bridge for skaters who are comfortable skating independently but aren’t quite ready to jump into our competitive speed skating practices.

Whether your goal is to have fun, improve your skating skills, or eventually join our speed team, Intro to Speed will help you build a strong foundation, learn the fundamentals of speed skating, and get moving in the right direction.

Not quite skating independently yet? We recommend starting with the rink’s Beginner Skate Lessons, held Sundays from 11:30 AM–1:00 PM. Once you’re comfortable skating on your own, come back and join us for Intro to Speed!

And don’t rush off when class ends! Intro to Speed skaters are welcome to stay and watch our advanced skaters train as they work on technique, speed, and race skills. It’s a great way to see where your skating can take you!

Come learn. Come skate. Come see what speed skating is all about! 🛼💨
