🏈 Oceana Middle School Football Is Looking for Players! 🏈

The Oceana Indians have been hard at work during our flex days over the past two weeks, and we’ll continue working and preparing occasionally throughout the summer until official practice begins in August.

We have a solid group of players returning from last season and are excited about the foundation we’ve built. Now we’re looking for more young athletes who want to be part of something special.

Whether you’ve played football before or are thinking about trying it for the first time, we’d love to have you come out and join us. Football is a great opportunity to build friendships, learn teamwork, develop discipline, and represent your school and community.

If you’re interested in playing for the Oceana Indians this fall, reach out to a coach or stop by during our summer workouts.

I’ll be at the field house tomorrow, Wednesday the 29th from 5:30-6:30 for equipment to be turned in. All helmets, shoulder pads, pads etc. has to be turned in ASAP so I can get our inventory turned in and get helmets ready to be sent in for next year.

Monday- 6:00-8:30
Tuesday- Pictures 4:30, practice directly after
Wednesday- Game at Shady Springs High School. Game starts at 6:30, let’s try to be there around 5:30-5:45.
Thursday- Homecoming parade

🏈 Final Score: Oceana Indians 36 – 0 🏈

Congratulations to all our Indians on their first win of the season! This was a true team victory. Good, “all 11 effort and ex*****on” on a lot of offensive plays and relentless gang tackling on defense.

Proud of the effort and ex*****on tonight, but we know the work doesn’t stop here. A new week begins Monday, and it’s time to get back on the grind as we prepare for the next challenge.

Let’s keep building, Indians! 🔴⚪️
