Shout-out to Venissimo Cheese in Mission Hills and Mona Lisa Little Italy for the perfect appetizer!! p.s. the cheese dish Venissimo put together for 20 of us was fantastic!
Protip: Make sure you also pick up a block of local honeycomb from them! And then stop at Mona Lisa for a couple of pounds of prosciutto to complete the dish!

After More Than 50 Years In Business, Bay Park Mainstay Old Trieste To Shutter At Month's End Old Trieste has been a San Diego destination for upscale Italian fare since it first opened its doors 56 years ago, but the Bay Park fine dining establishment will soon serve its last meals.
