Happy Tuesday!!! My friends, life has been so busy that I have not had a chance to even practice yoga myself😔 However...I've been finding small ways to do yoga at work. Do you have a desk job like myself? Feel like your sitting down too much? Contact me for some tricks and flows to help with your sedentary work life. Good Morning beautiful souls. As I was rushing out the door to get gas before taking the kids to school, I ran into a pink tinted world. In this pink world was a rainbow. I turn around and the sky is lit up pink! Even though the rest of the sky was gray, this rainbow and pink light still outshines it all. Please do not forget to stop and admire nature's beauty not only in this world but within yourself and others. Happy Friday! Namasté!
