❇️ LANDMINE ROTATIONS! A personal favorite of mine

- An absolute killer of a core exercise. Really challenges your anti-rotational ability in a unique way

- Keep the weight in front of your body slightly to avoid any excessive extension in the spine

- If your goal is rotational power, feel free to let the hip rotate with you. If you want to train the core purely and really feel the abs working, keep your hips square and static.
