8 weeks ago, he walked in with a “frozen” shoulder struggling to sleep, limited in basic daily tasks, and unable to train his upper body without pain.

In 6 weeks he’s reported 70% improvement! He’s returned to playing basketball at a high intensity and performing leg full workouts including squats without nagging pain the day after.
When I asked him “what has made the biggest impact in his recovery? “
