I love being a Personal Trainer and helping clients transform their bodies and develop a newfound confidence through the process. I love all of my clients.

Certified Personal Trainer through the International Fitness Association(IFA). I am also currently working on a 2nd Certification through the National Association for Fitness Certification(NAFC). I am an Independent Trainer located in Trinity and I train out of a fully equipped Private Fitness Studio which allows clients to achieve maximum results and get the 1 on 1 attention that they deserve. My sessions are intense but are individually catered to every clients needs and goals.

[01/14/18]   Major Announcement:
First of all I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and New Years. I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone that has supported my business as well as me personally. I have made many wonderful friends along the way and have had the privilege of being a part of so many amazing transformations and have helped people learn to believe in themselves.

My family and I are planning to move out of the area and therefore I will no longer be training clients and have closed my Personal Training business. Dont worry this is a wonderful thing for my family and I so as difficult as this decision has been I am very excited for the future. Once again thank you for the love and support, it has meant the world to me.

Amazing results here! To go from major physical limitations in life due to debilitating back pain and wearing a back brace and other physical limitations to now thriving with no brace and hiking the Grand Canyon as well as running and swimming multiple miles at a time is really an amazing thing. I'm fortunate that I was able to play such a huge role in helping him change and improve his life.

[03/03/16]   ☆☆☆Tip of the week☆☆☆
When focused on building muscle it's important to focus on feeling those muscles contract and fill with blood. In other words don't just randomly sling weights around for X number of reps. Good solid muscle contraction and mental focus will be a major part of reaching your goal.

No matter how much cardio or working out you do you Won't Ever Out Train A Bad Diet!

When I am trying to lean out I cut out almost all foods with Sugar and eat a Lean protein combined with a small amount of Complex Carbohydrates and add a vegetable every meal. This is a great start towards shedding my excess bodyfat.

This made me think how far I've come since I "Jumped" and did my first fitness show which then led me down the path of starting my personal training business.
I'm so thankful that I get to share my passion with so many and have the privilege of helping so many change their lives. I Guarantee that if you make the choice to "jump" into fitness with me as your trainer I will be your 'parachute' and guide you to a new improved you.

[11/12/15]   I'm really proud to announce that I just got a new certification for 'Golf Fitness Personal Training'. So if you all know of anyone looking to improve their Golf game you know where to send them. That being said I've been working with a client whose getting ready for the Champions PGA Tour and he's improved his distance, accuracy, endurance and has lost weight and increased strength.
