We have a few new faces around here, so here is a sneak peek of two of them. Magic is an 18yr old Grulla AQHA mare and Sugar is an 18yr old Black AQHA mare. I will be posting more about them soon!

❤️ Funny thing about horse women…

Ya know the real ones.
Not the “ride on a sunny day in a fancy outfit” version…
I mean the ratty hoodie, messy bun, mud on your boots kind.

The ones who don’t flinch when things get western.
Who can go from calm to “absolutely not, ma’am” in half a second.
One eyebrow raised… arms crossed… like go ahead, try me.

Because this ain’t just riding around looking pretty.
It’s early mornings, heavy buckets, frozen fingers, and figuring it out anyway.
It’s doing chores before most people have even had coffee…
and still going back out after dark like it’s nothing.

And when something doesn’t go right…
they don’t quit.
They adjust, get back on, and do it again.

No drama.
No excuses.
Just grit… and a whole lot of stubborn.

Horse women are built different.
And if you know… you know.

I am so unbelievably excited and grateful that Tiffany Maerz allowed me the opportunity to purchase this incredible mare from her. “Holly” just had a stunning c**t that Tiffany is retaining so once he is weaned this fall Holly will be coming to Texas.
I will have an exciting breeding announcement with this girl once she has her 30 day check up post breeding!

Watchin Lisa AKA Dixie has been out on a breeding lease and the countdown is on!!! We cannot wait to see what she’s been cooking up in there, but are praying for an easy delivery of a happy and healthy baby!

Get ready for the ultimate showdown! Hold My Beer N Watch aka "Chili" and Ethan McGuire Performance Horses are gearing up to take on the NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity from Oct 9-24 in Fort Worth - come cheer them on!

“Dually” went to Ethan McGuire Performance Horses for a month to learn and experience the scene for his future as a cow horse. While there, Ethan helped connect me the perfect home for Dually. I will miss this guy but super excited to see what he does in the show pen in the future.
