In wrestling, being on offense doesn’t always mean shooting first, even though that’s often the case. It means staying aggressive no matter what. Even when you’re the one getting shot on, you’re still on the attack. Always.

Great defense is offense when your mindset is right. You sprawl with purpose, you counter with intent, and you turn pressure into points. Stay dangerous in every position. Control the pace, control the match.
