ATTENTION ALL FAMILIES USING A HOOKUP: Some of the Campsites are marked 30 amp but are actually 50 amp!! To be safe please make sure to bring or get a converter plug that will convert a 50 amp plug to a 30 amp!

ATTENTION ALL REINED COW HORSE CONTESTANTS WE HAVE A COUPLE OF REMINDERS:

- Today is Reined Cow Horse only and it will be 2 Rounds.
- Check-in is today at 3:00pm
- Event starts at 3:30pm, please make sure you are on time.
- Event takes place at Triple J Ranch

- If you haven't turned in all your Mule raffle ticket money please turn in the remaining $150 today at check-in.

- Hookups are $45 per site per night
- Please use the Hookup/Facility map to see where your campsite is.
- Please remember Gate 1, Gate 2 and Gate 5 will be the only gates open to get in to the facility.

Ocala Rodeo Stall & Hookup Update:

Stall & Hookup Requests are due by November 10th.

Stalls are $20/per horse/per night
Hookups are $45/per spot/per night
(limited hookups available)

Stalls are required for anyone staying in the property or leaving horses overnight. You cannot tie out overnight. Stalls are 10x10 and come with one bag of shavings. You can bring additional if you want or purchase from arena for $7.50/bag.

Limited number of hookups are available. You are permitted to use a generator in a designated area.

Please remember you only need to call-in if you haven't called in for a previous rodeo, if you called-out for a previous rodeo (either due to vet release or injury), or you need to make a change/call-out for this rodeo.

[10/05/20]   Good afternoon! Due to the HIGH demand of sweet tea at our rodeo concession events, we are looking for a commercial tea maker. Should anyone have one they would like to donate, please contact us via facebook messenger.

We are making 60 to 70 gallons of tea by hand in a two-day period, and just can't keep up with the demand.

🐎 Be sure you are familiar with the new rules 🐂

The new NHSRA year is officially underway with new reined cow horse rules in place. To stay up-to-date, read the information at the link below.

The most significant rule change is equipment appropriate usage. When showing in a bridle, split reins or romal reins, one hand must be used. Using two hands, at anytime during the run, will result in a score of zero. Any age horse may be shown in any type of legal equipment, but the use of the equipment must follow NRCHA rules.

Stalls, Hookups and Daysheets have been posted! Please make sure to read the following reminders:

🌵Please note all stall assignments are finalized. You can not cancel your stalls unless you have a Vet release.

🌵Stalls will be available after 1pm Friday.

🌵No parking in the field north of the barns, all loading and unloading must be done in the asphalt circle to the west of the barns.

🌵NO FINE SHAVINGS IN ANY STALLS - if you need additional shavings please purchase from the arena. They are $6 a bag.

🌵Do not leave any needles or syringes in the stalls, please throw them away in the trash cans.

🌵Stalls will be labeled with the contestants last name, please make sure you are in the correct stall.

Make sure you make yourself familiar with check-in times for this weekends rodeo. Don’t forget, we are also working the concession stand and will need al hands on deck!

🌵Stalls and Hookups will be available after 1 pm on Friday. NO PARKING in the North Field, it is closed due to flooding. All unloading must be done on the West side of the barn in the asphalt circle. All those using a generator will need to park on the south side of the arena. Stalls will be marked with the contestants last name, please make sure you are in the correct stall. NO FINE SHAVINGS in the stalls, if you need additional shavings they are for sale for $6 at the arena. Please do not leave any needles or syringes in the stalls.

🌵1/2 of the Mule Raffle Tickets are due at check in ($150). This must be turned in to rodeo. You can turn the ticket stubs in later, but feel free to turn in all raffle tickets and money at this rodeo if you wish. If you are paying with a check, we kindly ask that you pay with a separate check. If you need additional tickets, please contact Mrs. Lynn Rimes.

🌵October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, we are asking everyone to wear pink on Saturday.

🌵YETI 65 QUART COOLER RAFFLE at the October Rodeo. Drawing will take place on Sunday, Oct. 4th. All proceeds will benefit Mr. Mike Rastelli. We are collecting to help raise enough money for him to get a new car. We will be selling raffle tickets at the Rodeo. You DO NOT need to be present to win. Tickets are $10 each and be on sale all weekend.

🌵Ground Rules were updated on Sept. 28th at 9:40 pm, please familiarize yourself with them. Regular payout schedule has also been added to the website.

🌵Optional Jackpot - This is for ALL events. It is $30 per contestant, per event to enter, 100% payback to contestants. The payout structure is posted on the website. To enter please stop by to see Mrs. Gwen during check-in times, she will be near the check-in table. This needs to be paid with a separate cash or check.

area on Saturday at 6:30 pm.
