Grit plays pool games today at 12:30 and 4:00 in Amarillo's 11U Open School's Almost Out Battle of the Bats tournament at Rick Klein complex #4. GO GRIT!

Lots of dirt, fun, and GRIT Baseball! Undefeated in the 11U division = 1st place! And 2-1 in 12U = 2nd place. Way to go GRIT!
2-0 with no runs allowed on Saturday in the Spring King Kong tourney in Dodge City, KS. The boys played lights out. First game tomorrow at 9 am. GO GRIT!

GRIT = Champions! With 14 teams in the 11U AA 8th Annual Beef O’ Brady Classic this weekend, Grit fought hard through some tight games against some great teams to come out on top! We are proud of these boys!

Well, we've gotten a little behind with the facebook updates. As most of you know, the tournament in Wichita Falls was rained out. Attached is our pic from the Spring Break Classic tourney in Amarillo on March 7. It took 5 games that day, but Grit fought hard to win the championship! Grit went 1-1 in pool play. In the second game, we beat that team that beat the team that beat us. (Did you follow that?) That was good enough to put us in the top bracket, and we were poised to make a run at the championship. Unfortunately, games were canceled due to weather. Everyone, be safe out there. Let’s try to keep that momentum we were building for the tournament next weekend in Amarillo. Go Grit!
The 7th Annual March Freeze tournament is this weekend in Lubbock. In today’s pool play, we’ve got Midland FTP at 2:15 and Levelland Line Drive at 5:45. Drive safe, and Go Grit!
