The organization provides a forum to address diversity issues through networking, organizational meetings, workshops, conferences, and diversity speakers.
Oklahoma Diversity Officers/Practitioners Consortium (ODOPC) is an inclusive organization comprised of professionals from various industries to further diversity initiative by identifying and addressing challenges and opportunities. The consortium strives to create, identify and disseminate best practices that will positively impact organizational behavior, academic excellence and enhance professional growth.
