That’s why I built the Next Pitch Nation, our Mental skills development program for softball athletes, parents, and coaches. 
Mental skills, confidence, grit, emotional maturity, etc have never been something you just “have” one day and you’re good. You have to practice it. Just like your pitching.

We did her breakdown, cleaned up a few things in her wind up and footwork, and she went home and actually put the work in.

Came back a week later and hit a HUGE PR!!

When a PR is hit in that way - it’s not muscle development, it’s mechanical adjustments and changes. And this kid soaked up the adjustments I gave her and put it to work right away.

We have a LOT coming up at BCA over the next few weeks and honestly… this is some of my favorite stuff we do all year.

First up: We’re partnering with the Wichita Affiliated Tribes to host a FREE two day softball skills + wellness clinic in Anadarko, Oklahoma on May 18th + 19th ❤️🥎

This camp is for athletes ages 7-18 and we’ll be working on:
🔥 pitching mechanics
🔥 hitting + bunt work
🔥 position specific footwork + overhand mechanics
🔥 confidence + mental toughness
🔥 learning how to handle adversity on AND off the field

I am REALLY pumped for this one because we care so much about developing the whole athlete.
