If you are work towards something it's vital to have goals. I like to do short term and long term goals!
My short term goals consist of having 10 people in my Insanity classes. And personally go up on my weights every week with body beast! And long term goal is to become a master trainer for insanity one day! And personally my long term goal is to have a body like Andrea Ager! If you don't know her look her up! :)
Establish some goals today! It will be worth it!
