Here’s another home workout, this can be for a beginner to advanced. For beginners do 10-12 repetitions, for intermediate or advanced go for time. Do 60 seconds of each exercise for one round with 15-30 seconds rest between each exercise. Then do a round of 45 seconds then a round of 30 seconds.
