Stability is key with this exercise along with control. We want to be as strict with this exercise as we can until we get it down

Focusing on balance is key to this exercise. Placing your knee on the floor does not make it less effective. This is also a modified version of another excercise.

This is effective with the more weight you use. If you leg press 200lbs you’ll have to load up at least 250 on the bands to get the same effect. Just Remeber safety is number one priority. If you have an anchor that’s always better.
