So many of the girls had awesome performances this weekend! Many had only one loss, but these girls pictured stood out as the cream of the crop!! Kendall Henry and Carleigh Clark were absolutely dominant!! Both went 7-0 and did not have a single offensive point scored on them 🤯! Kendall started us off every match and Carleigh was a part of our middle weight “murderers row”. They probably would have been 8-0, but each collected a forfeit along the way! Melissavette Alba did it the hard way going a perfect 8-0, she was solid every single match. “Miss Legendary”, Ki’Morah Cathey was on brand going 7-0 on the weekend at two different weight classes and giving up 15 pounds at 155!! She was big in the big moments! Last, she didn’t go undefeated because she bumped to cover for us one dual, but Ayva Perez deserves a mention as she was 7-1 on the weekend, but 7-0 at 145 with 7 pins!! She had the most falls on the team!!

Ended up dropping our last 3 duals to finish top 8 in the toughest girls FS dual competition in the country. Had a couple unexpected last minute issues which left us with 3 holes, but we won’t make any excuses. The champs from Cali had 5 holes I believe. Just part of the game and we didn’t win some of the matches we could have! Super proud of this 100% Oklahoma team competing against All-Star teams from all over. Finished as All-Americans for the 2nd year running. Hoping to climb the ladder a little next year! There were girls from Oklahoma on 3 of the top 8 teams!! All have trained with or been apart of Okie Girls in the past! One of these days we will put it all together and have all of our girls under one banner. Either way, SUPER proud of the girls we brought! Follow up post coming later, but for now enjoying this plane ride back to the Sooner State!! Shout out to our fans, sponsors, and the people at Ultimate Club Duals for putting together a great competition! |

The Okie Girls roughed up the MGW Grappling Goddesses (PA) and scrapped around in a tough dual with the Lady Warriors (OH) to finish the day UNDEFEATED!! In total the Okie Girls out scored their opponents 380-159. Good day of tough competition! Time to lick our wounds and come back ready to fight tomorrow!! Thanks for all of our fans and supporters back at home in the Sooner State! It really means a lot!
