Todayâs workout was brought to you by showing up anyway.
80 percent of the people I train are moms. On Motherâs Day, I had the chance to train five moms in a row. It made me so happyâespecially on Motherâs Dayâto see women taking time for themselves.
To move their bodies.
To build strength.
To breathe.
To pour back into themselves for one hour.
Moms give so much to everyone around them. Watching these women choose themselves for a moment reminded me how powerful self-care and movement really are. đ

You can do it too. Itâs possibly the best investment in your health that I can think of, friends.
The TRUTH: why a trainer can only handle so many clients a day. Answer: Our social battery runs dry.
My two cents if you want to be a successful personal trainer:
1. Certification & knowledge
Know your craft. Your clients trust you with their bodiesâearn that trust.
2. Business, sales & people skills
You can be the best trainer in the world, but if you canât connect, communicate, and sell⊠it wonât matter.
3. Grit, availability & adaptability
Early mornings. Late nights. Different personalities. Real life. Show up and adjustâevery single day.
Itâs not just about workouts. Itâs about people. đȘ

Movement is one of the simplest, most powerful reminders of what it means to be healthy.
Go to the doctor for almost anythingâand the advice usually circles back to the same thing: start moving.
Spend time sick or in the hospital, and it becomes even clearer⊠the ability to move is something you never want to take for granted.
And maybe the best part?
Building strength and staying active now is what helps keep you out of the ortho later.
Move your body. Itâs not just fitnessâitâs freedom.
Such a way to start the day âïž đ
Join me every WEDNESDAY at 9 am or 10 am for class. We are getting creative this week. đ
