Life is about balance. I think there’s too much focus on optimizing your life. At what cost though? Joy? Fun? You can live a strong, healthy life and still make time to have fun. Eat joyfully. And have a drink. This weekend was hard but I’m grateful for it.

Myth VS Truth ☝🏼
MYTH: You need more motivation.
TRUTH: You probably need less friction and a simpler plan.

Behind the scenes: What I’m working on.
I’m learning to show myself kindness while
I’m moving through grief after losing one of my favorite people in the world. Meal prepping, having a regular schedule, even drinking enough water went out the window. So I’m slowly moving back into having a schedule and surrounding myself with support to move through a loss of this depth. And allowing myself to be human while I navigate this. Dropping the “I should” “I need to” and just allowing myself to be where my feet are.
