Go Markeshia A. Grant! 👏👏👏

The gap matters.

When girls see women who share their identities leading teams, shaping strategy, and being trusted with authority, they see more possibilities for their own futures.

Representation belongs on the court, on the field, and on the sidelines.

Today, girls are making the picks. 🏆

🏆 With the first pick: ACCESS.
🏆 Next up: BELONGING.
🏆 Then: CONFIDENCE, LEADERSHIP, and every OPPORTUNITY to play, grow, and lead.

Today on , we are building a world where girls don't wait to be chosen. They step forward, call the play, and shape what comes next.

What would you add to the draft board?

Sports can support more than physical health. They can give girls a place to move, connect, manage stress, build confidence, and know they belong.

On , we are celebrating the coaches, teammates, families, and communities that help create safe and supportive spaces for girls to grow.

Mental health matters, on and off the field. 💙
