Today is the 33rd Annual National Senior Health & Fitness Day!! The theme for 2026 is "Move a Little... Live a Lot!" 🏃‍♀️‍➡️👟🏃‍♂️
We encourage everyone to get up & move! Whether you exercise for 10 minutes, 30 minutes, or an hour - every bit counts.

Feel free to bring a guest with you today, when you come in to work out!! 🙂

Just a reminder that we are CLOSED today (Monday, May 25th) in observance of Memorial Day. 🇺🇸

Reminder to Members! Please join us for some guided meditation next Thursday, May 28th @ 11:00am! Register on the sign-up sheet by the front desk. (Feel free to bring your own yoga mat; but we do have some here for you to use, as well as chairs if you don't want to sit on the floor). 🧘‍♀️🧘

Attention members! They are still doing concrete repairs on Leavenworth St. due to a water main break last Friday, so you can't turn North onto 39th Street. 🚧

If you are traveling east on Leavenworth, please turn onto 41st Street and take a right on Jones to reach our lot.

If you are traveling west on Leavenworth, you can turn onto 38th Avenue to access either the clinic parking lot or take a left on Jones to reach our lot.
