2016 was not much of a golf life - aside from the round at . But in a lot of ways it helped pave the way for Bird Darts.
2016 found me working as Chief of Staff for Nebraska Basketball, riding shotgun with in Big Ten Basketball while moonlighting as a JD/MBA student.
The experience was incredibly fulfilling and extremely impactful on where I am today. Doing everything from setting up meals, running 4 social accounts, tracking and analyzing stats, helping the guys just navigate their college experience, traveling the country for hoops - you never knew what the day would bring. I even designed a jersey for that he wore out for his fight in MSG. 🙈🥊
Much of me now is envious of this me - missing the simple dt lifestyle, the youth of the relationship with my now wife. But 2016 me would also be geeking over what Bird Darts has me in now 🙊

played a special part in Bird Darts year. Only appropriate that I pay homage to one of golf’s OGs: Putter Boy.
With ‘s help, we did our best to recreate some of these classic advertisements that made Putter Boy iconic to Pinehurst - in a single lunch hour.
Fun fact, the only sister statue to Putter boy is in Omaha at Happy Hollow CC.
