If you’re new here let me introduce myself 👋🏼
I’m Dr. Ben Petersen.
I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Coach, educator, amateur powerlifter and pro natural bodybuilder.
I’ve spent the last several years helping people lose fat, build muscle, get stronger, improve their health, and honestly just feel better physically and mentally through evidence-based training and nutrition.
My background is kind of a mix between rehab, performance, and bodybuilding.
I got my doctorate in physical therapy while also spending years studying strength training, biomechanics, nutrition, recovery, and human performance. At the same time, I was deep into lifting myself through bodybuilding and powerlifting.
A lot of what I teach comes from both the education side and the real-world experience side.
Over the years I’ve coached busy parents, business owners, physicians, athletes, and everyday people who just want to look better, feel healthier, and build confidence again.
One of the biggest things I believe is that fitness shouldn’t consume your entire life.
You shouldn’t have to cut out every food you enjoy or live in the gym to get results.
My goal is to help people build a body they’re proud of while still living a life they love.
So whether your goal is fat loss, muscle building, improving your health, getting stronger, or just feeling like yourself again, that’s the kind of stuff I love helping people with.
