We genuinely appreciate our members looking out for the gym, respecting our standards, and helping us maintain the culture we’ve worked hard to build.

If you notice another member violating gym rules or behaving in a way that needs to be addressed, please bring it directly to the attention of Iron Heaven staff or ownership rather than confronting the individual yourself.

We want to make sure concerns are handled appropriately, consistently, and without situations unnecessarily escalating between members.

Keep holding the standard. Keep looking out for the gym and each other. Just let us handle the conversation.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of longtime Iron Heaven family member, Ryan Hay.

Ryan has been part of Iron Heaven since the very beginning. More than a member, he was a kind, genuine man, a devoted husband, father, and friend whose presence made our gym a better place. His impact reached far beyond the weight room, and he will be deeply missed by our staff, members, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Our thoughts are with Ryan’s family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. We ask our entire Iron Heaven community to please keep them in your prayers as they navigate the days ahead.

In honor of Ryan, we are also working on putting together a community event, with all proceeds going directly to support his family. More details will be shared soon.

Rest easy, Ryan. Thank you for being part of the Iron Heaven family. You will never be forgotten. ❤️

New Door Access Instructions 📲

We understand that some members have experienced issues getting our new door access system set up, and we appreciate everyone’s patience as we make this transition.

To help make the process as simple as possible, we’ve put together a step-by-step guide that walks you through downloading the app, logging in, accessing your QR code, and properly scanning at the door.

A few quick reminders:
• If you’ve never logged into the app before, you may need to use the Forgot Password option with the email address associated with your membership.
• Always use the live QR code in the app—not a screenshot.
• Hold your phone about 3–6 inches from the reader and line up the center of your QR code with the small circle inside the square on the scanner.
• If the app isn’t loading, try connecting to the gym Wi-Fi or temporarily disabling any VPNs.

If you’re still having trouble after following the guide, send us a message or stop by during staffed hours and we’ll be happy to get you up and running.

🚨 IMPORTANT MEMBER UPDATE 🚨

The Alta Open app is no longer being used for door access.

As part of our transition to a single-app experience, all member access will now be handled through the Iron Heaven Gyms Omaha app.

What you need to do:
✅ Download the Iron Heaven Gyms Omaha app.
✅ Open the app and navigate to the Profile tab.
✅ Your personal QR code will be located there and will be used to scan into the gym.

We are currently replacing the front door readers at all locations. As this rollout continues, we’ll be sending mass text message updates with additional information and instructions.
