Yoga Classes – Omaha Power Yoga
Small Group-Skills & Flow practice settles the nervous system, steadies the brain, increases self-awareness, and develops the neuromuscular pathway to stabilizer muscles to increase strength and mobility. Participants can expect grounding, skills work, and fluid movement to improve stamina.

The start of a new year is exciting—and let’s be real, it can be a lot. Balancing festivities, goal planning and getting back into routine doesn’t have to leave us drained.
Try these simple tips to help you stay grounded, hydrated, and appreciative:
1️⃣ Start your day with yoga or movement
2️⃣ Water before (and after) everything
3️⃣ Savor every bite
4️⃣ Take gratitude breaks
5️⃣ Breathe and reset
The key to thriving when life gets hectic is balance! Move your body when you can, stay hydrated, and don’t forget to take pauses. It’s okay to say no, slow down, and simply enjoy the moment. 💛

WHAT?! Skip New Year Resolutions?!?!?! Sacrilege 😱
🤔 Consider this…
Winter is the time of year when nature tells us to chill out. Conserve energy. Particularly in our neck of the woods!
Things die off only to sprout anew. Refreshed & re-energized in the spring.
Yet there’s the expectation to keep up the usual schedule + make it to all the added events, OH AND let’s just go ahead & tack on changing our lives January 1st 😳
Instead of resolutions this year, let’s spend January & February in self-care mode!
🐻 Rest and reset and like the animals—it’s healthy to hibernate for a bit!
We’re creating our own resolution— to start our springtime fresh start in March! Who is with us!?
