We’re excited to partner with Redline Athletics Papillion La Vista to give our athletes a real, measurable look at their athletic development. By testing speed, explosiveness, agility, power, and movement, each athlete will establish a personal benchmark or snapshot of where they are today and an opportunity to better understand where they can grow. We know progress can be hard to see in the moment, but having real data to mark where you started and measure every step forward, gives our athletes an invaluable advantage in their development. 🏀 THE FUNDAMENTALS COME FIRST

Not every day in the gym is going to be the most exciting — and that’s okay.

Before we can play freely, compete, and have fun with the game, we have to build the skills that allow us to do it.

Dribbling. Passing. Footwork. Spacing. Shooting. Defense.

The basics may not always be the most exciting part of practice, but they’re the foundation for everything that comes next.

The better we understand and execute the fundamentals, the more confident we become — and the more freedom we have to play, create, compete, and have fun. 🏀

🏀 SETTING A GREAT SCREEN

A screen isn’t just about making contact — it’s about creating an advantage for your teammate.
We want our athletes learning to recognize:
Where should I set the screen?
What angle creates the most space?

A good screen can force two defenders to make a decision, create separation for a teammate, and open opportunities for the screener.

🏀 WHY WE TEAXH SPACING?

Spacing isn’t just about standing in the right spot — it’s about understanding how your positioning impacts everyone else on the floor.

When we teach spacing, we want our athletes to recognize:

Where is the open space?
Am I too close to a teammate?
Where does the ball need me to be?
How can my movement create an advantage?

Good spacing makes the game easier.

It creates driving lanes, forces defenders to make decisions, opens passing windows, and gives the offense more room to attack.

Our Preseason Prep Fall Clinic Series is designed to help players build the skills coaches notice most. Each clinic focuses on one key question every player must answer before the season begins:
