From being the kid on the bus growing up who didn’t talk to being a TEDx speaker coach, I’ve tried to keep moving toward better. It didn’t happen all at once. It required I surround myself with people who helped and it required I take action.
Besides the TEDx community, I’ve been inspired by the financial independence community which is focused on creating the life they want today and not waiting for this mythical thing called retirement.
Along with a TEDx speaker, the Amazing Arthur, we have created a conference where we can each take something unique based on where we are in the path of life.
If you’re looking to be inspired with actionable steps to improve your communication and decision making, come join us.
Early bird tickets with $100 off are on sale through the end of September.

Small wins build momentum. Don’t wait for motivation—create it.

Goal: Identify and complete one small action that makes your future self grateful.
How to do it:
1. Think of an area you’ve been avoiding (health, finance, connection, learning).
2. Choose one small, doable action—like scheduling a checkup, reaching out to a friend, walking 10 minutes a day, or reading one chapter of a book.
3. Write it down. Do it. Reflect on how it felt.
