MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: MEET JODI

Jodi has always been around fitness, but like many busy moms, wives, and business owners, life got loud.
Weekdays were consistent… weekends unraveled it all.

So we changed one thing:
Saturday. 7am. Show up.

That single standard shifted everything.
Better choices. Real accountability. Honest effort- even on the hard days.
