The awards will be starting at 6 pm!!!

MWC athletes. Thank you for your patience while a few groups are still competing. Once they are done, the scorekeeper will tabulate all scores and finalize placement.
Again, awards will be done in the trailer behind the red and white tent.
Please take a chair to the grassy area in front of the trailer.

Things should begin around 6 pm!

For now, enjoy each other’s company and drink them dry!!

Once we begin, classes will be called up onto the trailer for awards.

FOOD FOR ATHLETES IN THE TENT IS ONLY AVAILABLE UNTIL 5 pm!!!!

Get it in between events or know that you have to purchase food.

There is no dinner associated with the end of the games.

Banquets are on Friday or the Sunday per contract.

Awards will be in the large trailer behind the big tent.

We start with oldest classes and move to the young (er) classes.

There will be a photographer to take a picture of the class and then the podium.

We will announce 2027 details at the end of the ceremonies.

MWC Day 2 is well underway! The athletes are ready and the weather and fields are amazing!

What a great start to these games! Looking forward to tomorrow!

Just some clarification about the food for athletes. There was obviously some confusion and I have sorted out the issue.

According to the information given out by the host and SAI’s living document, it states that food for the afternoon athletes will be provided between 4 and 5 pm.
I do realize that the majority of afternoon groups were still throwing at that time.

After speaking to the host, afternoon athletes are welcome to the food from the time lunch is served and onwards until 5 pm.

I apologize for any misunderstanding that this caused. If you do want the food, please make sure you can grab something in between your events before 5 pm.

The athletic director has also asked me to remind all athletes that the time allotted between events is ten minutes and that includes warm up time. Once you finish your event, make sure you are moving as quickly as you can to the next event space. There was a little back up on a few events today.
