We just launched the Tier 1 Human Performance Functional Fitness Test.

This is a professional-grade assessment designed to measure true operational fitness, not gym-only performance.

The test includes five events that evaluate strength, endurance, load carriage, and work capacity under fatigue:
• Strict Pull-Ups
• Hand-Release Push-Ups
• Sandbag Carry
• Tactical Work Capacity Circuit
• 1.5-Mile Run

The test is age and gender based and places athletes into one of five readiness categories, from Needs Significant Improvement to Elite Operator (400 max score).

Most people skip mobility until pain forces them to stop training.

That’s backwards.

Daily mobility:
• Improves movement quality
• Protects shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles
