On Saturday August 29 the R/W Clay Target Team hosted our first annual golf outing!

It was a beautiful day for it and everyone had a blast. We want to thank everyone who attended, all of the hole sponsors, Lake Calhoun Golf Course, and the businesses that donated to our silent auction.

The money raised from this event will help to cover range time and am******on for the team.

The R/W Clay Target Tram will be hosting an informational meeting for any students who have not yet participated in the program, but would like to join for our fall league. Previous students do not need to attend.

The meeting is scheduled for Monday August 17th at 6pm in the Victoria Fire Station located at 102 Locust St Victoria.

We will go over our handbook, the fall schedule, how to register, and go over required safety certificates.

The coaching staff looks forward to meeting any new students and their parents!

The R/W Clay Target Team had a busy weekend. Several of our members volunteered to help at the National Wild Turkey Federation concert at Big Katz in Knoxville Saturday. Special thanks to the Western Illinois Longspurs Chapter for inviting us.

On Sunday we had a group attend the AOW Ambulance Trap Shoot and compete. Special thanks to the members of the AOW Ambulance Service for their donation of a first aid kit to our team!

R/W team 1 consisting of Chris Burgin-Lytle, Carsyn Landon, Kegyn Bednar, and Case Rice took first place in the youth division with a score of 81/100. They actually had the high overall score beating the adult wining team by 1 bird!!!

R/W team 2 consisting of Chris Burgin-Lytle, Carsyn Landon, Kegyn Bednar, and Cameron Flamm took third overall with a score of 77/100.

Chris Burgin-Lylte took 2nd place youth shooter with 24/25!

Briar Nelson took 1st place youth shooter with a perfect 25/25!
