The mats are out and I'm excited to start practices tomorrow! If you haven't done so already, text me and I will add you to the group text for updates. We will practice at the mats if weather allows and will be inside in the back hallway by the pool if it is raining.

Wednesday this week - We will get the mats out. Please help if you are able.

Thursday we will start regular vaulting practices rain or shine!

Welcome to the Ontario Pole Vault page. I've created this page to help communicate with the vaulters and their parents about being a pole vaulter at Ontario High School. Since pole vaulting is a very technical event, it requires a lot of additional time beyond the normal track practice. I will post information about practice days and times here.
