Today marks 20 years since I stepped out on faith with a vision to serve at-risk youth. I invested in a purpose—and two decades later, that purpose has impacted thousands of youth and families.
Through Mutivation Youth Services , I’ve had the privilege of working with young people in juvenile detention centers, homeless shelters, mental health facilities, and schools ranging from elementary to high school and continuation campuses. Many of those youth are now thriving adults...raising families, pursuing careers, and giving back to their communities.
What a journey it has been serving communities from the Bay Area to the Inland Empire. I wouldn’t change a thing. I thank God for every lesson, every opportunity, and every life I’ve been blessed to touch.
To everyone who has supported this mission—thank you. To the dignitaries, community leaders, schools, organizations, and families who gave me a chance to serve—thank you. And to every student and client who trusted me with their journey—thank you from the bottom of my heart.
May God continue to bless each of you—and may I be blessed with 20 more years to continue this work. 🙏

Every year around this time, I’m reminded what a true blessing it is to celebrate my students as they reach the incredible milestone of graduating high school. It’s always a bittersweet moment — saying goodbye is never easy, but the joy of seeing them accomplish their goals outweighs it all.
Each of them carries a unique story, often filled with challenges they've had to overcome. Today, they cross the finish line, stronger and more resilient than ever.
To the Class of 2025 — may God bless each and every one of you. May your next chapter be filled with purpose, growth, and endless possibilities. Continue to dream big, and never stop believing in all that you can become.

These are my pandemic babies, the class profoundly impacted by the COVID-19 crisis from the start of their High School journey. Throughout their four years of high school, they faced numerous social, emotional, and academic challenges. Despite these obstacles, they did not give up! Some of the stories behind these faces you could not imagine the hardships... but now they have a bright future ahead. Congratulations to the class of 2024. May God bless your paths and always "Dream Big." You did it!!!

I had the privilege of taking 60 students to visit the Cheech Center and Riverside Art Museum in Riverside, California. It was an incredible experience, especially since it was the first time most of these young people had ever been to a museum. A huge thank you to actor Cheech Marin for curating this inspiring display of Chicano art. We appreciate your efforts in creating this amazing opportunity for our students and community. Thank you!
