During our time together we saw a difference in mechanics .. hard hit baseballs and above all else .. confidence digging in the box for the first time seeing live pitching!! 😎

Shout out to Colby .baseball for completing 6 weeks of Legacy Baseball Academy training!! 🥳



During those 6 weeks Colby saw an increase in exit velo from 79mph ➡️ 85mph!!!! Which is a NEW PR!!!!!! 🔥💪😎 (Yes hitting the ball hard matters)



We also worked on some infield, pitching mechanics and even discussed next steps in the recruiting process as well!! 🙌



Amazing job Colby and do some damage this upcoming season!! 👊

🚨 PA Day Camp Canceled 🚨 I hope this message finds you well. It is with extreme disappointment that I have to share the news that this year's PA Day Camp is cancelled due to the Government Restrictions put in place on January 3rd 2022. It seemed hopeful but unfortunately these situations are out of our control. There will be a full refund sent out and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. 



With that being said, I would like to encourage you to try and stay as active as possible during these unfortunate times. Even if it is getting a tee and hitting some whiffle balls inside, playing catch, doing some cones or ladder speed and agility work. It could help keep you physically and mentally engaged while indoor facilities are closed. If you have any questions about what equipment would be useful, I would be happy to help!



Lastly, please be on the lookout for our March Break Camp happening in 2022! I would like to see everyone there and please take care and stay safe!

Whether you are new to the game or a high performance player, our experienced staff will provide solid leadership and training methods. This will provide Legacy Baseball Academy campers with the individual and team related skills they will need to have fun and succeed at the next level.
