TIPS TO STAY ON TRACK ON HOLIDAYS β‘οΈ
While we want to enjoy the holidays and eat all the delicious food, we still have goals to crush!
Keep these tips in mind during this holiday season as many of us are blessed to celebrate with different loved ones.
We can enjoy our favorite foods in moderation and not go overboard. Just because itβs a holiday doesnβt mean it should be a free for all.
There is also no need to wait until the new year to get back on track. Letβs enjoy our Thanksgiving and get back to work tomorrow!

TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY
Client spotlight for my 8 week challenge client! π¦
In the beginning of the first 8 week challenge (sheβs now on round 2) this client was frustrated because she wasnβt seeing results quickly enough.
She remained focused and trusted the process.
Here are some things she did to achieve her results:
