Good morning ! I haven’t updated in awhile about my health journey and some of you have been noticing the changes in me and have been asking.
I stopped keto about 3 weeks ago . I missed eating fruit to much and and just couldn’t keep
up eating all that fat so it was hard for me to meet the fat intake. But that being said it was working for me. I picked up with watching my calorie intake but still going easy on the carbs like potatoes , breads, pasta and sweets . This way is more satisfying for me personally and making things happen faster. . It’s more like a lifestyle change then a diet. I try to go to the gym at least 3-4 times a week , i love 24/7 their machines are so nice and updated . I walk on the elliptical 30 mins , work on the other equipment for 15-20 mins and the stair stepper 350-500 steps depending on what I have ate that day lol. I have lost about around 15 combine inches all over. This makes me feel soooo happy! ❤️ I couldn’t go to the gym for a couple weeks because of my wreck but still continues to eat Sensible and still dropped . I don’t really watch my weight much because it depresses me cause it soooooo slow moving but I have lost several pounds since the beginning and even faster since I started calorie watching . Muscle and fat weigh the same but volume is so different and according to the doctors my body is more muscle.
Your Life journey has to start somewhere so don’t give up get healthy and don’t forget to reward your work with at least one cheat day a week! It makes a huge difference . ❤️
