Made actual food instead of fast food, a la "weeknight chicken tacos" 🌮 from my favorite healthy cookbook Lose Weight By Eating by Audrey Johns. Took 20 min and I changed my mind 3 times trying to decide what to do with the chicken. I only had 5 min to shop tonight before the commissary closed. So I picked up some whole wheat sourdough bread, tomatoes, mozzarella, spinach, thinly sliced chicken breast. Tomorrow I'm making tomato, spinach/basil, mozzarella paninis.

If you're not happy with your exercise regimen and/or nutrition, change it! The first month of 2019 is almost over and I'm sure that some of you made resolutions to eat healthy or lose weight and you may not have stuck with it. In that case its possible that you didn't enjoy the path you were on. I'm here to tell you thats okay. If you find that you hate running, don't run. If you hate fitness classes, don't take them. If you don't like kale, don't eat it. Find something healthy you enjoy. Try something new and don't be afraid of change, don't be afraid of the gym. Don't worry about if people are watching you (trust me, they're not, they're doing their own thing).

Do what you enjoy. Try new recipes. Be healthy.

The Story

I established Happy Bodies by Jenine because I’m a mom. I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to have a happier and healthier body. Whether you’re a stay at home mom or a 9-5er you should be able to have safe and effective training where its convenient and comfortable for you. I do in home and outdoor personal training in the Orange Park, FL area. I can come to your home with my equipment or we can meet at your favorite park in the area.

As for myself, I am ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I also specialize in fitness nutrition. Every program I create for you, my clients, is personalized depending on your, the client’s, goals. I will not only be your personal trainer, I’ll be your accountability partner, your motivator, and your resource to start your journey towards a happier and healthier body.
