Spent an amazing three days with my Wing Chun grandmaster Eddie Chong in sacramento.
I have so much to absorb and reflect on.
Can't wait to get back to it soon as I am currently in the VA hospital for a few days.

I was once told many years ago that Wing Chun seems small and condensed compared to other systems.
But it's essence is very very deep. I agree.
An example of an important principal. A few systems , not just, Wing Chun, use this idea.
" When it comes receive it. When it goes follow it. When it is open Rush In."
My ChuKa Southern mantis teacher, Master Manuel German Rodriguez, teaches a very similar philosophy.
