This brings new meaning to farmer walk exercises. This is also a great way to improve lung capacity for surfing. Make sure you have a great life guard available if you try this.

My workout was this hard yesterday. Today, this puppy's workout was this hard. Train hard to get results faster.
Did you get your exercise in? These two did.
I have been doing a weekly murph for about 3 months now. I have seen great improvement in my running endurance, squats, not being so winded doing squats, and being able to do more pullups.
I highly recommend an intense workout at least 3 days a week to feel healthy and be healthy.
A murph is a mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, and a mile run. I don't wear the weighted vest. I also mix up the run with 5 miles on the bike if I stay inside.
When your pre workout kicks in after your workout and your leg can't stop shaking.
