After taking a *big* step back from social media lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about how I want to show up here.

And so far I think that my goal this year is to use social media to create more moments away from our screens. (The paradox we live in.)

More presence. More stories. More connection.

When I signed with for 2024 & 2025 I had no idea what my reality was going to be. Switching from a pro team to a self managed program, I had no idea what I was in for.

I knew of and , and had heard good things so I thought hey maybe this could work out.

From spending more than 2 months on the road together to making me seriously question if I eat enough food, to teaching me a lot of things I had forgotten; I’m so thankful I took a leap and jumped into this. Unimaginable packing days and my camera roll being filled with dumb selfies, driving from Italy to Poland, and philosophical cries convos in the van. It reminded me that performance can exist without sacrificing happiness and fulfilment. We were all open to learning from each other (taking credit for telling you to eat gels in Finale ‘24). It was just such a cool energy to cultivate.

It’s made the last 2 years of chasing world cups a lot more meaningful for me. At first I thought about setting up my own thing just for me, but I knew that it wasn’t what I wanted. Full pressure, full commitment on me and my result wasn’t what I was aiming to live with. I wanted to share all the resources and connections my career brought me. In a sense I think I was already setting myself up for the transition that’s happening now.

What a blessing to have gotten to spend time with these two. I can’t wait to continue to see their careers evolve and how they will continue to grow!! Thank you for teaching me so much. Eternal gratitude!!

Let’s go figure out entrails!

Join us for an afternoon of riding, community, and creativity at the ALN x 7mesh Event. Get ready to connect with like-minded riders who want to master this Squamish classic!

We will be sessioning entrails, there’s lots for everyone on this trail so if a few features on this trail are on your bucket list before switching into winter mode; now’s the time!

We will gather at the 7mesh office post ride for some food and beverages while customizing pieces with heat pressed logos that ALN designed. Come ride & create. ☺️

Time: 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Trail Level: Advanced Intermediate - Black Diamond - Entrails
Capacity: 10 riders

After a big mechanical on the pro stage I knew I needed to play catch up, but my opponents have gotten a lot faster lately and I love to see it for Canada! I won three stages on Sunday, lacked a bit of focus on stage 4 and bled time. Survived the mega physical stage 5. In the end I’m 18 something seconds back from the title.

Honestly happy with how I was riding, committed, having fun!

I’m ready and at peace with having someone else carry to flag proudly at Enduro World Cups!

Congrats to all the racers, so many fun moments shared this weekend. And bravo to the organizers for pulling off an official national championship!!! 👏👏👏
