Introducing our new series on dancer health. We'll be posting some of our best tips to help maximize student's time in the studios.
A correction can sting, what a teacher says may not be what the student hears. When students nervous system is on edge it can present itself in several ways. The best way to be present and continue improving in class is to breathe, take one correction, and try again.
Corrections are to change how you dance, not to decide what a dancer's value is.
