Ed was my club coach at the legendary Team Overtime back in the day and I’m super grateful to be able to still have a relationship with him 15 years later. Of course the technique was great from a world class competitor but his stories from practices & teammates to competitions & competitors always inspires me. What a great dude.

Local Beach tourney next weekend! Go test yourself and support beach wrestling. We’ve got one of the biggest (maybe THE biggest) consistent groups practicing beach wrestling in the country; show everyone some cool tricks and how much fun we can have in the process.

I love getting to work with motivated athletes. There have been a few super consistent wrestlers this year who make coaching wrestling worthwhile. It was great getting to support them at the BTS tourney over the weekend.

Our consistent wrestlers would love some more partners to help them achieve their goals!

Pretty frequently I hear that our instruction is unrivaled however inconsistent partners makes it difficult for some to stick around. It gets lonely for us all.

Words vs. actions. If you are somebody who supports natural athlete and you feel like you have improved with us we now need you to make that commitment for us all. We need our supporters to sign up online and make a commitment to the program, the same way we have committed to you.

Monday at 11:59pm is the last day to sign up. Today is Sunday at 1pm. That’s not a lot of time. However we’ve been here for four years, you already know what you need to about us. If your words to me were honest, make the move today or forever hold your peace.
