Spooky season met studio spirit at UBT! 🎃🩰
From creative costumes to themed classes, our Halloween Spirit Week brought out the fun side of discipline—reminding us that dedication and joy go hand in hand. Dancers showcased their individuality while staying focused on technique, teamwork, and creativity both in and out of the studio. 👻✨
We loved seeing the passion, personality, and pirouettes shine through all week long!
Ballet dancers are true athletes—training for strength, coordination, and endurance just as much as artistry. 💪🩰
Using tools like the VertiMax and light-up tap lights with resistance bands, dancers develop explosive power, ankle stability, and faster neuromuscular responses. The VertiMax builds vertical strength for higher jumps and sustained extensions, while the tap-light drills improve precision, timing, and reaction speed.
Together, these systems create well-rounded dancers who move with both strength and grace—bridging the gap between athletic training and ballet performance. 🌟

A part of UBT’s mission is to create well rounded dancers. With this in mind, UBT offers Progressive Ballet Training (PBT) to give dancers a chance to gain strength throughout their entire body.
