The real answer is too boring to sell: eat right, train consistently. That's it.
"Starvation Mode" - real or just an excuse?
Science actually says: Literally starved people for 6 months to find out.
The result? Metabolism dropped only 20%.
After recovery? Just 10% below normal.
Even actual starvation doesn't "break" your metabolism.
So why aren't you losing weight?
1. You're eating more than you think
People claiming to eat 1,200 cal were actually eating close to double that. Portions are tricky. Hidden calories are real.
2. Weekends are killing your progress
Eating clean Mon–Thu means nothing if you go off the rails Fri–Sun.
Your body counts every day. Not just the "good" ones.
Your metabolism adapts, but not enough to defy physics.
If the scale isn't moving, the problem isn't your metabolism.
It's your tracking.
Fix that first.
