After years of dedication, leadership, and impact on our program, Coach Royal Webster is officially stepping into retirement from coaching.

Coach Webster has been so much more than a coach - he’s been a mentor, a steady voice, and a cornerstone of what our program stands for. His consistency, wisdom, and genuine care for our players helped shape not just better athletes, but better young men.

And the Webster family has been at the heart of it all. His sons, Alex and Josh, came through our program and represent everything we hope to build. His wife, Simone, has been a constant presence as well, supporting in ways that don’t always get recognized but mean everything to a team.

Strong programs are built by people like the Websters: loyal, selfless, and fully invested.

We are incredibly grateful for everything Coach Webster has given to this program. The impact he’s made will last far beyond the court.

Wishing him and his family nothing but the best in this next chapter. Coach, you will always be part of our family.

For over a year, we told this group their superpower was their connection. And they believed it.
