Yesterday I had a conversation with Michelle that stuck with me.
Accomplished. Experienced. Successful on paper.
And still… her options somehow felt smaller, like she’d quietly hit a ceiling.

That’s nearly 30,000 people pushed into an already crowded job market overnight.
