We had a chance to talk to our client and Rowland high’s AD Mike Ortalli about what sports programs should expect in the near future.
His response was simple: ‘teach your coaches to run their program like a business.
Maximize fundraising, forecast financials for 2-3 years, get ahead and save.’
He mentioned that District money could dry up and some traditional revenue streams have halted, so coaches need to be smart financially.
