PROUD COACH MOMENT 🔥💪
Huge shoutout to my client for stepping back on stage with just 11 weeks to prepare and absolutely redeeming himself this year! 🙌 Last year was tough, but instead of giving up, he went back to work — grinding day in and day out, pushing through every setback with discipline and heart.
He didn’t walk away with the trophy, but what he DID walk away with was something way more powerful — self-respect, redemption, and pride in the man he’s become. 💯
To see the happiness on his face after stepping off stage… that was the real win. This is what bodybuilding is truly about — growth, grit, and self-mastery. I'm beyond proud, and this is only the beginning.

if you could spend $6 a day on something, what would you spend it on? You're probably gonna say coffee, or something minor.
I'm asking because $6 a day is literally what it would cost you to hire a personal trainer.
Now that you know you can afford it, what's your next excuse?
Time?
You only need to use 4% of your day to exercise daily.
Proof:
8 hours sleeping = 33.3%
8 hours working = 33.3%
8 hours remaining = 33.3%
So it can't be Time, or Money.
The only thing holding you back, is YOU.
