The anterior tibialis is the muscle that runs next to your shins. It acts as a shock absorber for your knees as well as protects you from dealing with shin splints. It’s a muscle that you don’t have to train with heavy weights to get the desired effect either. Try this exercise out, let me know what yall think!

I think I can safely say we’ve all felt knee pain at some point, I know I have. One thing I’ve learned throughout my fitness journey is the importance of a full range of motion. Training your knees in a full range of motion under a MANAGEABLE amount of tension can really work to fight aches and pains. For this exercise, I’m using about 30% of my normal working weight on a normal leg press. It’s not an exact science, but i want to emphasize how low the weight should be. Let me know how it goes if you try it #

For the longest time, I was stuck at 15% body fat. Could not for the life of me get that down. Always the same I can’t control my sweet tooth. I overindulge on sweets. Never can have just one. Even the protein substitutes I tried weren’t moving the needle. These last 5 weeks have been challenging life wise, but as it turns out they have been the most fruitful in restoring my belief that I have a change to do a natural bodybuilding competition one day. I’ve never felt so motivated to train. AND with a bad knee. Thanks to for making a sweet with immaculate macros. That has changed a lot for me in terms of my progress

If you’ve ever gone to a supplement store of any kind, there’s a chance you saw or someone attempted to sell you bcaas, or branched chain amino acids, explaining that they’re just another word for protein. That’s all fine and well, but if they’re just protein, do we need them? What should you look for? Amino acid supplements are broken down here (swipe👉for more)

On todays Wednesday bites, vitamins are the talk of the town. You can think of them as an insurance policy rather than a necessity, but with the multitude of safe products out there and the affordability of these products, why not add it to your regiment?

This weeks fitness Fridays exercise of the week is the skull crusher💀☠️💀☠️ This is an excellent movement for the triceps. Overhead Tricep movements are great for targeting the long head of the triceps, something that doesn’t get too much love when doing a pushdown, or a dip for example. Skullcrushers can really get you a great Tricep pump💪💪💪
There are 3 different ways to do a skullcrushers demonstrated in this video, try them out in your next push/arms day!!!!
